- Unresponsive Casualties: How to manage someone who is unconscious, including putting them in the recovery position and dealing with seizures.
- Breathing Issues: Responding to choking in adults.
- Bleeding & Shock: Controlling severe bleeding and managing shock.
- Injuries & Burns: Treating minor cuts, bruises, splinters, burns, and scalds.
- Medical Emergencies: Recognizing and responding to conditions like heart attacks, strokes, asthma, diabetes, and anaphylaxis.
- Communication: Effectively communicating with casualties and emergency services.
- Record Keeping: Maintaining essential accident records and reporting.
